About the People of Green Dream GroupCorbett Lunsford Director, RESNET-Certified Home Energy Rater, LEED AP  Corbett is an active member of Chicago's green community and head of Consumer Education for the Residential Building Committee of the U.S. Green Building Council- Chicago Chapter. Corbett has a close relationship with the pursuit of efficiency and has become a specialist in getting maximum results from limited resources, having spent many years as a professional musician. An experienced collaborator, he strives to make every interaction with others pleasant, rewarding, and amusing if possible.
Grace LunsfordManaging Director  From her background in political and entertainment activism, and as an accomplished actress, Grace brings an energized and infectious spirit to Green Dream. Approaching conservation and efficiency from a boisterous perspective, Grace believes wholeheartedly that it's not hard to enjoy life and some degree of luxury while doing so mindfully and with care for the impact on the world around us.
Edwin Ayala
Energy Efficiency Associate  With his background in property management, real estate, and building energy technologies, Edwin brings a practical and experience-driven approach to energy efficiency and sustainability. His driven pursuit of new techniques, enthusiasm for the work, and bilingual fluency makes him a vital part of Green Dream Group. Edwin is also very friendly, and is happy to talk sports with you and trade stories about track-and-field or baseball.
Steve ClarkRESNET-Certified Home Energy Rater  Steve has always loved Chicago's architectural heritage. He strives to take an active role in the preservation and improvement of its buildings, as a Home Energy Rater and as a specialist in Building Operations and Building Energy Technologies. In addition to helping residents make energy efficient choices, Steve is a recycling associate with the Chicago Public School System.
