Grace Lunsford

Managing Director, Owner

Grace runs Green Dream Group, LLC's public and policy relations, marketing, and business development. As the company's owner, she is focused on improving the quality of new and existing buildings in Chicago through independent, scientific building diagnostics, and in making the city a better place for people in all living situations and all income brackets. Grace presents on women's business development and serves on the board of directors of the Illinois Production Alliance.

Corbett Lunsford

Technical Director/Trainer

(RESNET QAD; BPI Proctor; LEED AP & Green Rater) Corbett is the lead analyst and trainer at Green Dream Group; he also serves as executive director of the Illinois Association of Energy Raters, and as the Provider Education Partner for USGBC-Illinois' residential green building committee. In addition to the hundreds of energy audits he has performed, Corbett has presented at the Chicago Architecture Foundation, the Better Buildings: Better Business Conference, the Center for Green Technology, and Green Festival.

Jeff Sommer

Energy Auditor

(BPI) Jeff holds a degree in Environmental Science from Oregon State University. He has worked with the Department of Natural Resources, and has a background in home remodeling, finance, and equipment leasing. This diverse background provides him with a unique understanding of increasing home efficiency and the opportunity cost associated with it. Jeff currently resides on the North Shore of Chicago and enjoys spending time with his family.

Laura Little

Communications Manager, Energy Audit Technician

(LEED AP) Laura's life goal is to help create a more environmentally sustainable society. She has been exploring many approaches to that goal, including teaching at environmental education centers, working to increase su stainability at the Chicago Botanic Garden, and helping refine the Evanston Climate Action Plan. Laura is also pursuing a Master's in environmental studies at Illinois Institute of Technology.

Michael Tatar

Office Manager

Michael's dual degrees in Fire Science Technology and Public Safety Management give him an extensive knowledge and understanding of building construction and safety. His studies at DePaul University on limited water and oil resources inspired his passion for energy and home performance. He is also an actor working at venues such as Improv Olympic, The Second City and The Cadillac Palace with Disney’s The Lion King.
