Grace Lunsford

Managing Director, Owner

Grace runs Green Dream Group's public and policy relations, marketing, and business development. As the company's owner, she is focused on improving the quality of new and existing buildings in Chicago through independent, scientific building diagnostics, and in making the city a better place for people in all living situations and all income brackets. Grace presents on business development, branding and marketing, and is an advocate within the Midwest film community.  She has also been the voice of the Environmental Law and Policy Center (ELPC) for their high performance office space.

Corbett Lunsford

Technical Director/Trainer

(RESNET QAD; BPI Analyst/Envelope/Heating/AC/Multifamily/Installer; LEED AP) Corbett is the lead analyst and trainer at Green Dream Group and the Building Performance Workshop; he also serves as Executive Director of the Illinois Association of Energy Raters, and is the author of Home Performance Diagnostics: the Guide to Advanced Testing.  In addition to the hundreds of comprehensive home performance assessments he has performed, Corbett presents at home performance and energy efficiency conferences nationwide, including the Better Buildings: Better Business Conference, Green Festival, and the National Healthy Homes Conference.

Carissa Ilg

Business & Development Coordinator

Carissa holds a Master's in Environmental Science, and has years of professional experience in project management and environmental education. As the Teenage Program Coordinator for the Notebaert Nature Museum, she developed and implemented a national leadership program in environmental science, technology, and education programming. Carissa brings an ecological perspective from her professional experience at the Environmental Protection Agency, Lake Katherine Nature Center and Botanic Garden, and Aspen Center for Environmental Studies.

John Bergman

Field Technician/Trainer

(BPI Analyst/Envelope/Installer) John helps run the field work of the Chicago Home Performance division and is a trainer/proctor for the Building Performance Workshop. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, specializing on structural and geotechnical engineering and construction management. John has worked in both commercial and residential contracting, and loves his current task of elevating the standards of both.
