Corbett Lunsford

 Executive Director

(Comprehensive Home Energy Analyst; HERS Rater/RESNET QAD; BPI Building Analyst/Envelope Professional; LEED AP) Corbett is Green Dream's technical specialist, and is co-chair for the Residential Building Committee of the U.S. Green Building Council- Chicago Chapter. In addition to the hundreds of audits he has performed, Corbett has presented at the Chicago Architecture Foundation, Chicago Center for Green Technology, and Green Festival.

Grace Lunsford

Managing Director, Owner

Grace is responsible for Green Dream Group's marketing, public relations, and business development.  As the company's owner, she is focused on improving the quality of new and existing buildings in Chicago through independent, scientific building diagnostics.  Grace also serves on the board of directors of the Illinois Production Alliance and has had a hand in political campaigns in her home state of Alabama.

Laura Little

Communications Manager, Energy Audit Technician

(LEED AP) Laura's life goal is to help create a more environmentally sustainable society. She has been exploring many approaches to that goal, including teaching at several environmental education centers, working to increase sustainability at the Chicago Botanic Garden, and helping refine the Evanston Climate Action Plan. Laura is convinced that efficiency is key to sustainability, and is delighted to be working with Green Dream to help homeowners reap the benefits of building performance.

Adam Schenck

Commercial and Contracting Director

Adam's background in business, software and contracting brought him to sustainable building and energy modeling.  As a small business owner, he has an inside perspective on the value of building performance. Adam has been active in environmental issues since he was young, and is thrilled about our nation’s new focus on energy efficiency. Most of all, Adam is honored to be a part of Green Dream Group's contributions to the evolution of the field.
