Our firm trains professionals in the building analysis and improvement industry to national standards of excellence through the Building Performance Workshop. Every Building Performance Workshop holistic training program is designed to help analysts, contractors, and inspectors gain the fundamental knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in the current wave of high performance homes and weatherization.
Trainees are taught to understand the inner workings of building science and diagnostic tools, and are prepared to challenge BPI written and field tests to be certified by Building Performance Institute (BPI) as a Building Analyst AND ONE BPI SPECIALTY OF YOUR CHOICE:
The Building Performance Workshop is the ONLY BPI TRAINING AFFILIATE IN THE COUNTRY to offer this breadth of training in this format. Courses can also be tailored to fit any need your organization may have, including one-day, three-day, or extended sessions.

The Building Performance Workshop is a chance to learn the trade from full-time practitioners. Participants study with Green Dream Group's ever-energetic lead analyst and trainer, Corbett Lunsford. Corbett is an experienced trainer, presenter, energy auditor, and HERS Rater. He serves as the Executive Director of the Illinois Association of Energy Raters and Home Performance Professionals, hosts the Building Performance Podcast, and is a Provider Education Partner for USGBC-Illinois.
